Through a mix of cognitive-behavioral therapy and liberation psychology (with a hint of “stick it to the man” sprinkled in), we’ll prepare you to take on the internal and external forces that are at the root of your mental health struggles.

Individual Therapy

If you’re looking for a therapy experience that empowers you to actually make changes in your life, our individual programs focus on just that. We believe in action-oriented, time-limited sessions that provide you with coping strategies and space to process specific stressors in your life.

With each full-priced client subsidizing the cost of another client who may not be able to pay full price, we’re able to provide high-quality therapy with very little cost barrier. Each individual session is 53 minutes, fully virtual and available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and American Sign Language. We work with clients ages 16 and over. Group Therapy

Through group therapy, we bring together people experiencing similar issues and work through them in a shared, virtual space. We offer groups for:
